A remote consultation is cheap. Making sure the patient then travels, is seen, and starts treatment is the expensive part, and it is where most telemedicine programmes quietly fail.
Clinic Connect funds both. Health centres get a connection, a camera and a scheduled weekly specialist session; the programme also employs callers who follow every referral until treatment is confirmed started.
Seventy-six per cent confirmed is not a number we are satisfied with, but it is a real one and we publish it.

The design decisions.
- 01Connectivity, equipment and a scheduled specialist rota
- 02Paid follow-up callers tracking every referral
- 03Travel support where cost is the barrier
- 04Published confirmation rate, including when it disappoints
