What the work has actually produced.
Attendance and certificates are easy to report. We publish the numbers that are harder to make look good - survival at three years, retention at twelve months, referrals actually started - because a sector that only publishes wins teaches nobody anything.

Each figure below is measured at the point where a programme usually fails, not at the point where it looks best.
94%
Connectivity sites still live at 12 months
Six per cent fail, usually power rather than the link itself.
79%
Plantation survival at three years
Far better than a drive-and-leave model, and a fifth of them still die.
91%
Water points functional at 24 months
The maintenance fund is the whole reason this is not 40%.
71%
Skills course placement at six months
The 29% who are not placed are the number we spend most time on.
64%
Women still in technical roles at 12 months
Retention, not placement. The lower figure is the honest one.
76%
Health referrals confirmed started
A quarter of people we refer do not begin treatment. We are not satisfied.

What counts as a result.
We measure late, not early
A lab counted on the day it opens tells you nothing. We count at twelve months, and for trees and water points at three years.
We count people, not events
Camps held and sessions delivered are inputs. A referral confirmed started is an outcome. We report the second.
We publish failures
Every figure here appears in the annual report whether it improved or fell. Nothing is quietly dropped in a bad year.
12 named initiatives contribute to these figures. Each one publishes its own numbers on its initiative page.
The full accounts, not just the highlights.
Audited financial statements, the programme spend share and the governance report are all published in full.
